I stopped in for gas in what seemed like the middle of the desert but what is in fact the San Juaquin Valley. Source of about 20% of the country agriculture

Yes, that's right I did pay $2.29 a gallon for gas.

This is what you see for five hours when driving through the SJ Valley.

I think I5 through the SJ Valley is the straightest road on earth.

Just past Tracy as you start to heard west towards the bay area you go through a wind farm.

Literally hundres of windmills. Pretty cool to see.
